Karl and Ben were amazing from the get go! We moved into our house 3 years ago and the garden had been neglected ever since. We have a growing young family and there was just no safe space for them to play with overgrown bushes, poorly laid concrete and uneven footing everywhere you turned. Karl was super quick with communications and visits (and he was very kind when viewing the embarrassing mess!) and they set to work. Both Karl and Ben were professional, accommodating, kind, honest and just really lovely guys! They went above and beyond with sorting old poorly laid drainage too. They were to time and estimates and have given us more than we could have dreamed of! We are SO very happy and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! We are already planning on getting them back to help with some more neglected space! We now have a safe, functional, beautiful garden we are proud of! Karl and Ben were brilliant.Very professional - they did the job as asked, on time and within the quote that was set out.We had a patio done, and several raised beds constructed.They left the garden clean and tidy afterwards. You wouldn’t have known the driveway had had a skip and a concrete mixer on it as they took care to keep things tidy.Their good manner meant our neighbours were happy throughout the time we were getting the work done.

Karl and Ben did a fab job removing my old rickety shed and replacing with some beautiful decking. Karl was communicative, polite and they were punctual. They were really tidy and the whole process was very stress free. From quote to job was only a few weeks, compared to others who couldn't even do the same year or be bothered to respond after quoting. All in all I'm super pleased and would use Oak Tree again in the future.
