They have some lovely bikes but over priced bike the bikes I looked at had 2 months m.o.t 30 day warranty and no service history for 6000 same price at fowler got same bike but newer with 12 month warranty and 12 month mot and full service

A good variety of bikes and decent prices. If you do buy, either ride yourself home or be prepared to use their courier only. A little pricey and over a week's wait for delivery after being promised 2 days.

I have been thinking about another bike for a while now, seen a potential one i liked in the Bristol store. i decided to bite the bullet and went to see about buying it, the sales person ( Josh Knecht ) was very helpful and eased my worries about the purchase. I left happy with a new purchase that i can't wait to ride.Thanks Josh

Good to see a variety of bikes under one roof, ideal for research. I decided not to purchase from here, after two visits on separate occasions.The quality of each bike is pot luck, check the photos on the website. options and what each bike has is also pot luck.Some staff don't have very good knowledge, be prepared to do your own, I was told various things not all where true, in terms of spec.Hidden costs involved with each purchase, warranty and delivery is also extra, something to be aware of, as getting things under warranty will be an issue.Once added up additional costs you may find the same bike elsewhere cheaper, in the end.You will need to go direct to the website, as eBay and autotrader aren't kept up to date with stock and location of each bike.

Tried to arrange a test ride to be told they do not allow them. I'm aware they offer a 14 day money back guarantee but with the potential insurance admin costs and road tax fees aside, their 30 mile limit will barely get me home!A test ride should be part of the experience - there's no better feeling of excitement knowing you've found your next bike on a short spin round the block.Out of principle and to protect the joy of motorcycle shopping, I won't be making a purchase or returning.

Sent an email asking for basic info on a bike, as well as a potential part exchange. Had to chase up as they had to find the email as it does not go to them directly apparently? They called me and again I asked they email the replies as I am working, they made me feel like this was an awkward request simply emailing me. Seemed to not know what they were doing so dropped it and buying the same bike elsewhere, avoid.
