I hired their services and they didn't show up and didn't email me/phoned me/texted me telling me the reason why. The weather was fine until Thursday and they said they would come in the week commencing 14th Feb. They had my phone number but pretended they didn't.Customers services staff are arrogant and detached from reality, and threatened me to call the police because I called them that (and nothing else!). They state that calling them arrogant and detached from reality is abusive behaviour and they are still threatening me to call the police, which shows how detached from reality they are (and how abusive they are). I did not call them any names or have been abusive as they state on their reply below. The police will see that on the email exchanging and they will charge the window cleaning company for wasting their time.I obviously don't expect them to come over when there's a hurricane, I expect them to LET ME KNOW they wouldn't come that week and WHEN THEY WOULD COME OVER INSTEAD, something their customer service staff states it is too demanding from my side, which is a ridiculous statement!Do not hire them, they're not reliable and they won't even take responsibility for not showing up and not letting you know when they will be coming after they don't show up. They expect you to keep chasing them until they come over and I don't have time for this.I waited 2 weeks for these window cleaners, who are too busy to let you know what happened on that week, but very responsive to treat you arrogantly and to threat you to call the police AFTER you say you're leaving a review on Google.I already found a another window cleaner who gave me the options of two fixed days this week, to prove that, if you're organised, you can plan ahead. I told him what you did and he doesn't understand either why you guys didn't email the customers you could not visit last week for a re-booking, and that to request this is not demanding at all.

P I Window Cleaning firm is very professional, full of reliable people. I have been using them for a few years. They have a really nice group of workers, very polite. They always accommodate my needs, whether to come outside of their schedule for my area or to postpone because I have other people working around the house. The quality is outstanding. They take initiative to clean the gutters, the conservatory and around the windows if they see it needs attention. Extremely reliable. I am also very impressed with the way they worked on the inside, very neat job. This is a very friendly team and extremely respectful. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.
