Good sales experience, had the auto car we were looking for and helpful staff.Unfortunately the car went out with bald front tires and 3 chips in the windshield. Sorted out swiftly, and a genuine mistake and mix-up with reference numbers for cars to be detailed before releases.Had 2 replacement front tyres and windshield, no quibbles. Had loan of a JCW for the duration (and could be seriously tempted...).Dropped a star as the tyres are a points on license issue and the windshield an MOT failure...but only 1 as they sorted it out professionally.

Bought a car in may and had an issue with in a week been trying to get it fixed since and I have sent numerous emails and phone calls and had no reply. It’s actually disgusting the after care from this company and wishing I hadn’t bought a car from them. Really letting the company down as I bought a car from bmw across from them and couldn’t give them a single fault but I will not be returning to the garage for any future purchases and would not recommend as what I got told in an email was “if it’s not seen it’s not an issue” if that’s there’s way of looking at things really got to wonder if the car your getting is actually up to scratch, I was appalled by this response. I sent an email just last week again to the car sales man “dealing” with the issue and that is now the 3rd email unanswered.

I would never recommend this dealership. They sold my friend a faulty car and 8 months later have done nothing to fix it.Disgusting service. Promised call backs & resolutions for 8!!! Months. Steer well clear

Tried in vain to book a simple service to my mini, lady on end of phone kept talking over me when I was asking anything, had to say the same thing three or four times, but still she couldn’t / wouldn’t grasp what I was asking.She said someone else would call back, which they did about ten min later, but she had passed on the wrong information and wrong details.All I wanted was a service done to my mini, surely it doesn’t have to be this

Was there today to get our car serviced. Was looked after by a young man called Mark Dickson. He was charming, efficient and made me feel so much at home.I live lest than 2 miles from Vary Mini.Prefer to travel a round trip of 30 miles to get looked after properly

Good service at first. The second the car was sold there was no contact. No reply to emails. Two managers advised of an issue who promised to call back and nothing. Will never be using them again and going out of my way to deter others as a result of poor service.

Bought an approved used mini from them. Ian was the sales person and we were delighted with the experience from start to finish. Upfront and straight forward to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. First weekend we had the car there was an error message displayed for the roof. emailed Ian and, literally, within 2 minutes got a reply with the solution to the problem. Made buying a car a pleasure and will certainly use again.

Very poor customer service. Never received any calls back despite 4 calls being made to garage and was kept waiting for 30mins when collecting car. Similar to previous service experience. And charged £160 to plug in and do a diagnostic check.
