This store lost my photos and were absolutely horrendous to deal with… the staff are incompetent, lazy and rude. Lee in particular was unhelpful and combative when asked for a solution. I have paid for a service and I not have not received. Categorically I will not be using this store again and find their attitude disrespectful and disgusting. I would zero star if possible… AVOID!!

We were trying to print a selection of photos (varying sizes) to frame but were struggling with the system.Lee came over and assisted with both the printing and matching sizes to the frames, leading us to purchase the frames at the same time. We were delighted with the level of service and our one stop shopping experience. Thank you.

Absolutely excellent service. Lee served me this morning, couldn't have been more helpful.He was a credit to the company and the quality of the prints are fabulous.Would totally recommend.

Awful experience. Bought 2 disposable cameras, took them both in to be developed, however they lost one and when we went to collect we were met with rude and unhelpful staff, who told us they needed to leave early as they were going to a party! We followed up with Lee the following days, and were still met with aggressive and patronising tone, far from helpful. This is a product and service we have already paid for, and they haven’t delivered on.. and weren’t even bothered they had lost all of our memories. We get mistakes happen, but the staff here are appalling.Looking at the other reviews on here, they look like they have been written by Lee himself as they read very similar and this couldn’t be further from the experience we had.

I had my passport photo taken here. They provide passport photos for different nationalities which is great because many countries require different sized photos. I usually hate having my photo talen but the lovely man who took the pics really put me at ease. Highly recommended.

Lee took my son's first passport pictures and it could not have been more easy. Lee was so cheerful and efficient and put my son quickly at ease. Thank you!

Lee made the whole experience better than I could have ever imaged from a trip to the Photo Booth. What an incredibly generous and kind man. Honestly it’s not often you meet someone so genuinely awesome during an everyday (and fairly painful) task.Thank you Lee for being so kind to someone who recently lost a beloved pet.

We had a great experience when we took our children in to take their passport photos at this store inside Tesco. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He was excellent with the kids.
