Following a road traffic collision a case was brought against me which I knew was fraudulent but I was led to believe by a third party that it would be easier and cheaper for my insurance company to pay out. Thanks to the work and perseverance of OCL solicitors no case was proved and the claim withdrawn much to my relief. I am extremely grateful to them !

To long to settle a claim with very mixed information about what claims are being fought for. Multiple solicitors dealing with my claim and my son. Sending wrong information or asking for more information because they not bother to read notes before they send email. No communication between then poor customer service and often ignorant when contacting them via phone. Very slow process my sons claim a year and half and is not finish yet.Strongly avoid.

I have only positive things to say about how OCL Solicitors handled my claim. Once they were instructed to represent me they were very quick and efficient with their work. This process was undertaken by Karli Ellis at OCL and I found her empathic and very professional. Perhaps the most important thing was that she made a point of staying in touch with me on a regular basis to update me on the case. At the time this was really important to me as there previously had been endless delays before my claim was taken on by OCL. I highly recommend them and I thank Karli Ellis for all her hard work.

Very good service overall from OCL Solicitors dealing with my claim, however process was extremely drawn out and stressful due to a ‘no fault’ claim on my side. Good communications and advice, although ‘standard’ letters sent often caused me undue concern. I would use OCL services again.

Excellent service overall once Callie was on the case. The only constructive advice I would offer to future clients is that if you are sent any paperwork or forms to fill in, take copies before sending back, as I sent a form which went missing, after I returned it, and they seemed to be unable to send another copy. This held everything up for several months.Other than that, no problems, regular correspondence and provided help when i asked.

Really poor experience. Had a no-fault car accident with CCTV footage of the other person reversing into my car. OCL Solicitors work with OCL Insurance but despite sharing a building and indeed a company name, they continually pestered me for information that I'd already supplied the insurer with- information they could have obtained by simply walking down the corridor and speaking to the insurance team themselves. After finally getting a hire car from OCL Insurance while mine was in for repair, OCL Solicitors sent forms and phoned several times asking me if I could have afforded the hire car myself". Nobody could give me a clear answer for why this was being asked and what the implications of my answer would be for my claim and I was simply told that if I answered "no" that they would ask to see bank statements from me to decide whether that answer was true or not. Honestly would not recommend at all."
