We live in a 3 storey property with very awkward acces to our chimneys.I contacted Practical Roofing who were absolutely fantastic.They carried out the necessary maintenance in a quick, friendly and professional manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We lost a few tiles and some lead flashing was dislodged in the recent storm, a good test for a roof less than a year old, so contacted Practical Roofing as they are local. I was quoted their minimum of £200 plus VAT for the job and sure enough they turned up and did the work using tiles I supplied. Unfortunately the bill was £30 +VAT more than the quote, I am now told that they made an improvement to the leadwork. Now I'm not a roofer and maybe it is better but I think I should have been told the price was going up.

Practical Roofing have recently taken a major overhaul of both my cottage roof and a poorly installed slate roof on a conservatory. The team where excellent and nothing was too much bother. As issues arose they discussed the options and possible solutions.A great team of guys who were clearly well trained and know their trade and even better when the job was complete they spend real time clearing up and making sure we were happy with the work they had done. From first contact with Practical Roofing to completion it had been a job well done by a team who care.

This is a trader corrupted to root. I have an industrial estate in Manchester with leaking gutter, they offer to do inspection, clean, and repair obvious leaks for over £2K. They did make a report but nothing else, and want another £30K to do the repairs. When I visited the site, and shocked to find the gutters were still full of rubbish (photo attached). My agent challenged them with my photos and they made excuses and refused to do any more. In the end I hired another roofer to do the repair for half their quote, and all the tenants are happy with the results.
