I have contacted Murphy and Bailey to check on availability of sheep skin dog bed which was not in stock online. Lovely lady Judith has responded and kept me updated with the latest stock availability. As soon they had item in stock Judith has contacted me and placed order over the phone. The bed was dispatched the same date and arrived just few days after. The sheep skin dog bed is amazing quality and so snugly. Highly recommended. Well done to Murphy and Bailey for fantastic product and great customer service.

Lovely friendly people, you can tell they love animals and what they do. Amazing collection of harnesses, leads and other nick nacks. Lots of it made locally which is great to see.

So I ordered stuff from their website (wish I lived closer so I could visit) and idiotically did two separate orders within the space of 10 minutes, and a little while later on got a phone call from one of the lovely ladies there asking if I could put the orders together and get one of the postage refunded! Noones ever called to give me a refund like that before!But the lady was super friendly and helpful!Will definitely order from here again!Also dexter loved it

I placed an order this week for a coat for my dog, my parcel arrived within 3 days. Fantastic service and my product is really good quality and true to colour and size as on the website. My coat was wrapped in tissue paper and a written message with it also. I will definitely purchase from Murphy and Bailey again and will come into store when lockdown allows you to open. Well done guys definitely be recommending you to my friends and family.

Popped in to ask what they have available for our Willow's 1st birthday. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I got a scarf with hat and a woofin. Thanks so much. You guys have a lovely store and I will be back to get more items.

Such a nice selection of collars that are a reasonable price. I loved them so much that I bought one for each of my spaniels and a friends dog also.Placed my order on Saturday morning and my order arrived on Monday morning in such a nice wrapping.100% recommend. I will be coming back for all future collars.

Murphy and Bailey's is a wonderful shop. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Our puppy loved his visit and the attention he got. Great range of products in stock. We will definitely be back for a coffee.

Excellent dog shop I did my first aid course here. The owners are lovely girls. Would highly recommend this shop for all your doggy needs

Was really looking forward to trying here given all the great reviews and things we saw on social media but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations and left feeling disappointed.There was little to no interaction with the staff and our dog who we brought for his 1st birthday. The female who served us didn't bother with our dog for the 30 mins we were there. We also encountered the owner a few times, upon entering and leaving the shop, and again there was zero interaction with our dog whatsoever. I understand she must see a plethora of dogs on a daily basis, but it made us feel slightly awkward. It wasn't like it was busy either, we were the only ones in the shop at the time. Both my partner and I felt as though having the dog there was an inconvenience.It does have a fantastic sitting area out the back and the coffee and traybakes are great and reasonably priced. As for the dog merchandise, this is markedly more expensive with a much higher price point than what you would find at Pets at home and Amazon. To give you an example, the portable dog water dispensers were retailing at £10.99 at the time of writing this review (and that was only for the small one, I'd guess the larger one was closer to £20) whereas Pets at Home were selling them for £1 and Amazon a similar model for £2.99.All in all disappointed, we wanted to enjoy our visit but didn't aside from the coffee. I'd like to think this was just an exception given all the other positive feedback. That being said, I wouldn't rush back.2/5
