I pre booked a taxi 13 hrs in advance for my first day of a new job at the airport. Rang in the morning 5 mins before the taxi was due and was told there is no drivers on the road as its icy. So had I not of rang I'd of been stood there waiting for a cab that was never coming. I am now late for my new job on the first day absolutely appalling service and would certainly not recommend this chipshop taxi service.

Pre-booked taxi 3 days in advance, never came. Rang them and they said it was busy then cancelled my taxi.

After cataract surgery Spa Medica ordered me a taxi it was £18 to Eccles from castlefield I gave the driver £20 he said he had no change only £1 and said call it a tip. After surgery didn’t feel like arguing but how cheeky is that. Won’t use them again also it was £11,20 going from Swan Mini Cabs.

Booked a cab through the app which said a price of between 18.50 - 20.50 and they debit the full 20.50 from my account. Upon arrival they then try to say that the price is now different? How can an estimated price have a min price and a max price and then decide that its gone over upon arrival? I'm sorry but this is just so misleading and such bad practice I highly advise no one ever use this service absoluteley shocking company!

Absolutely fuming with Club Cars!I booked 40mins in advance so it would definitely find me a driver, even after my booked slot my driver still hadn’t been assigned. The worst part is, they sorted me a driver 12 minutes later. He comes flying down my road to the complete wrong end of the road even though he has my address . He wasn’t bothered about looking at the addresses so he beeped his horn the whole way back down the road. And not to mention he was on his phone for half of my journey.I’m not one to complain, but they’re absolutely useless!

Absolutely appalling service. Pre Booked my taxi for half past 6 for a reservation in Manchester for my daughters birthday. 7.10pm and still assigning a driver. Been told on the phone that there is a driver on the way, then phoned back to check up on the taxi to be told I’d been lied to by the other operators and no taxi was even in my area. Took the money anyway before any taxi had even been assigned. Disgusting, rude and unhelpful service - this company do not deserve our money or time. I have deleted the app and will never use again.

Asked for an estate car, they sent a Prius and then had the driver chastise us because he struggled to fit our luggage in. Ended up with him telling us we should pay the price for a mini bus (£50) and felt pretty embarrassed. Used to always use these guys but will go elsewhere in the future.

Standing the rain wiring for a club cars cab, rang for an update to be told there were no drivers and we should have been told that.Still be stood here if we didn’t ring up!!This is why Uber will put these cowboys out of business
