We booked our dogs in for 2 days when we arrived we found out that they had not booked our dogs in we were told how much but when she came back with the bill it shot up no warm welcome wasn't pleased with the kennels they smelt of dirt and wee they were not very clean in the end we ended takeing them out won't be going there again

Just come back from 10 days holiday my 4 dogs are all happy and healthy job well done . Every kennels I've took my dogs too have constant barking and from what I understand these aren't just boarded dogs and cats they are rescued aswell and may go there already traumatized . Keep up the good work

I have been using these kennels and cattery for several years now, at least twice a year for anthing upto 3 weeks at a time for my dog and kitten, they absolutely love it there, they settle well and are looked after brilliantly, the staff are great and I've never had any problems . Would definitely recommend

My dogs got taken to these while my ex husband was in hospital wont go into too much details at first they were great they kept me updated with the dogs i have been trying constantly to get in touch regarding my dogs they have blocked my number when i call thru whatsapp they decline my call all i want to know is the dogs are ok i feel that there not and they wont tell me

Do not use this place, animals are not fed properly!! There not cared about just left all day the place is dirty and cold in winter dispite them having heating but never on as it costs too much money!! the owners are vile charge ridiculous money and dont even interact with any animals exept the horses! These people are not animal lovers there money grabbers please please never use!!! The place needs to be shut down! Filthy rottern conditions the animals are stressed out and riddled with infections!

don't use these kennels all my dogs came back with bad stomach.the phone manners do not exist they try and con you when dogs are brought back.my dogs were in kennels for 16 day's they tried to charge us 18 days they just won't money they are not dog lovers should be closed down. other people have said same thing they need to be investigated

only giving one star because we can't give zero. our dogs came out with urine stains all over coat and other one had severe ear infection after the dogs had been with them for around 5 months.

Never used kennels but live next to them , constant barking 24/7, feel really sorry for dogs in there, l walk my dogs around here daily and never see anybody out walking exercising the dogs , soon as its shut down the beyter
