They have a guy named Mandip kooper who take advantage that he work with Citizens Advice to do everything you can or can't imagine like giving false advice,data manipulation, etc. I will sue him

I need some advice from CAB in smethwick Thursday 23rd February 2023. The 2 ladies that I seen went above and beyond for me, a young Asian lady and a older black woman (didn't get their names) A fantastic job with advice and helpfulness. Thank you ladies.

Very helpful and understanding.. but watch out for the parking outside, residents only got a £30 parking ticket but apart from that all is good
