Clippers Quay

I recently moved to Clippers Quay. The move-in process with Grainger has been the best I have ever experienced, special thanks to Shalma who provided excellent customer service during and after the move-in.Beautiful place to live and a convenient location.I would recommend Clippers Quay to anyone.

Would not recommend living here. The apartments themselves are nice but the hallways are disgusting, covered in dog wee and stains which weren't cleaned the whole of our 18 month tenancy.The move out process has been absolutely horrific. The team tried to deduct so much off our deposit which most of it was completely unjustified and gave no reasoning. We had to wait over a week for them to even respond to our dispute email. Although they did waive some of the charges we are still waiting for our deposit back. They have 10 days to return it and we've been waiting nearly a month. Despite being told we will receive it this week they said it is now next week and have ignored our emails since that. Never had such a bad experience with landlords before.

Fantastic place to live, the flats are sparkling new with modern appliances and we felt right at home straight away.Darren has been fantastic with keeping communication with us, he gave us a guided tour when we came up to visit and gives the feeling he'd go above and beyond for the tenants no matter how big or small the request. Really impressed with the kindness and proactivity from him, he's a real asset to Grainger.Overall we feel very lucky and grateful to be living here with such wonderful, welcoming staff. Truly it's feeling like home already!

I’ve been renting for 7 years in various flats and I can honestly say that the move in process with Grainger has been the best I have ever experienced. I’d also like to note here that Haginson was fantastic and provided 11/10 customer service during and after the move in process was complete. The flat is immaculate and the building amenities (gym, co working space) are amazing. Very happy that I chose Grainger and Clippers Quay - Danielle

Our experiences at Clippers Quay cannot be expressed with words. This is one of the best places I've lived in my life. The staffs are so efficient, they respond to everything on time. Shalma is super excellent, she is so responsive and always there when you need help. I would recommend Clippers Quay to anyone.

I recently relocated to Clippers Quay, and I wanted to share my experience with everyone. The staff at Clippers Quay are absolutely wonderful, especially Haginson Mtuku, he is incredibly helpful and polite. The society is lively and well-organized, with stunning scenic views.Clippers Quay is a fantastic place to live!Highly recommended!

Clippers Quay is an amazing living space. Not to mention the location is perfect. The building is incredibly well managed with 24/7 support from the lovely reception team. Shout to to Darren for always being welcoming and attentive to all of our requests. Jasmine and Connor never fail to greet us with a smile and make us feel at home. The building is inclusive and great for socialising with an excellent space for studying and small events. We love our beautiful flat and have never doubted extending to continue our stay with Clippers Quay for another year.
