This is one of the worst stores to sell anything don’t even try they will try to buy your designer for cheapest price. I had two pairs of cl heels hardly worn and these rude women working in there wanted to pay me 40 for each , so Kate that cost 495 , can you imagine ?Then my Chanel sunglasses they wanted to pay me 50 . This is laughable and insulting , they cost me 195 7 years Ago , took them to another consignment in Ledbury road ( wonderful place ) and they were valued at 385 .Anyone thinking of selling with themDon’t waste your time , plus the store is dirty and disorganised, add on the rude , un interested staff then this place isn’t fit to stay open . A real rip off cesspoolAvoid at all costs

The three women on the till very rude, no “thank you” even after I paid. They took a condescending tone when asked about discounted prices as if it’s unreasonable to haggle in a vintage shop. It was giving trust fund kid snobbery. I don’t mind being denied when negotiating a price but there’s no need to be rude/ cold about it. Also the place had 2:1 staff:customer ratio which is unsurprising when I see other reviews of customers who have had similar experience from these staff members. I recommend avoiding, there were plenty of nicer shops I visited with more welcoming staff in the area. :)

Don’t know why so many bad reviews, These guys are a staple of Notting hill can obviously whine about not getting great prices on clothes but on the flip side can also find bargains .

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. This place is great! I found two really great items, one of which was Gucci Rhyton beige sneakers for £80 in very good condition. How can you go past that? Give this place a try you might find something great! Absolutely no issues with staff. I will visit again if I have time.

This has been one of the most unking experience of my life. The energy of the place was very low, The staff that suppose to check on my staff (apart from a lady that helped me with my suitcase) was really rude and no trained. I made a call before bringing my items and they told me to go there without any other precise informations about terms and conditions. They didn't even look at my items and said to me that my staff wasn't in a good condition (most of the items where new and original Vintage from the 50'/60', I USE TO RUN A VINTAGE SHOP) I've lost time and money in going there.

I visited this shop with my daughter at the weekend, I purchased a designer top that I found not to be authentic, when I later made this known to the staff, who come across as both uninterested and rude, whilst also making me feel I was in the wrong to question there stock, the item was indeed fake, and I was able to exchange it for something else, this was all undertaken feeling like I had done something wrong, I later found out from my daughter who is just 9 years old that one of the shop girls upstairs made a snide comment about me as I went downstairs to check authenticity with guy downstairs again a obnoxious sap, my daughter later told me, That as I went downstairs the girl said,, poor so so ( can not recall His name, painted hand nails ) meaning that the guy I was complaining to was to be felt sorry for, that I was daring to come to speak with Him, indicating I was the problem here, they had even managed to lose my receipt, and try to convince me the item was not a counterfeit.I have read the previous comments about this dive of a shop and I would agree, the staff are bloody minded with bad attitudes and it would be best boycotted by anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

The best clothing exchange store/vintage thrift store in London. Period. Trust me, I've been to a few others and nothing comes remotely close. Love this place

Brought some clothes to sell or exchange - staff were very rude, barely acknowledged me. I brought a mixture of clothing some new with tags and some genuine vintage 1950's 1960's - was offered £6 cash or £12 exchange for 5 pieces of clothing!!!!the 'specialist buyer' disregarded some of the genuine vintage items - I thought this may be due to the fact they didn't need the stock but had a look around clothes very overpriced and a lot 'new vintage'. Very disappointed ended up taking my items with me.
