Top class service - headlight bulb failed while I was away - I entered the building to a friendly welcome and was followed outside so he could check it out - bulb replaced in a jiffy, great pricing and he wouldn't take a tip.

Have been here twice and will continue to use them as had nothing but great service!!Both times he's been happy to help me find the right bits and the options available, but instead of sending me out the door to top up oil/screenwash and replace wiper blades myself, he insisted on coming out and helping! I'm disabled and it can become a juggling act doing these jobs on crutches, so this help was greatly appreciated and completely unexpected!!I was able to park right outside, it was a little tight trying to turn round in my van, but wasn't that bad and would have no problem in a car or small van.Access wise I had no problem on my crutches. I'm pretty sure there aren't any steps, but if there was one it would be very small if it wasn't a problem for me (I struggle with steps more than a couple inches high). So if you have mobility problems and use crutches, walking stick etc you should be alright. If you are in a large powered wheelchair like mine, it might be difficult to not knock into things as shop is very well stocked, but a smaller chair should be okay.Inside there was loads of products for repairing, cleaning, general maintenance and much more for working on your vehicle. If you need advice on products they are very knowledgeable and happy to help and both times I've been there it's been a very happy and friendly atmosphere.The only downside is the location makes it difficult to see. It's easy enough to find, but it was only when someone pointed them out that I noticed they where there and just wish I'd known about them 3 years earlier!!I really can't recommend this place enough and I will continue to go here whenever I need things to stop my van falling apart!! Honestly and truly best service you can expect from a lone work. he always goes above and beyond to get you your parts and if he doesn't have it in store he will try his best to get it for you.

Seldom have I visited a place where I have been so impressed with the service. Friendly, warm, knowledgeable and efficient. The guy (properly in his early 30's and I think the owner) even took the time to fit my wiper blades for free! Take that Halfords!

Well if it's old fashion service you are seeking this is the place for car parts and service parts plus lots lots more all at good prices...... Steve is great and nothing is to much trouble and he's great at fitting head light bulbs as well......
