The initial valuation seems like a trap to get u to their offices and then they come up with a ridiculous price! I expressed my opinion about the whole process to the representative and was shouted at from her! Really bad experience as a whole! Would rather give my car for free than sell it to them!!

Got a great price for my BMW , nearly £2500, more than the local BMW dealer I bought the car from. Friendly agent, no hard sell or attempt to knock the website quoted price down. You might not be so lucky, but certainly worth giving them a try.

Was offered less than fair value for the car. On the basis of x3 small paint chips and the fact that the dealer I bought the car from had registered it (meaning 2 previous keeps instead of 1) I was initially offered £1500 less than the online offer, and ended up selling for £900 less than the online offer.
