Beth started her journey in Cyprus and has been at NEST for nearly 2yrs now she loves the classes and the chances to attend competitions. She is currently a black tag working towards her black belt.

Early days yet, my daughter has only been going for a few months. So far so good! My daughter looks forward to sessions, comes home exhausted. Its a great form of exercise for her whilst mixing with other kids. Its a great group, seems to be quite firm without being military grade strict.
