James was fantastic and saved us from a case of amateur DIY gone wrong. He was able to talk us through a few initial suggestions on the phone so that we were able to slow the leak and he could get straight to work on arrival. Overall very efficient and professional; highly recommended.

James was recommended to me through someone who praised him for his fair, honest and excellent work. I will without a doubt be using him going forward. Took him a matter of minutes to diagnose the problem. Very flexible with my working pattern and fitting the repair in, extremely fair prices, very friendly and is on the end of the phone if you need him! Honest tradesman seem hard to come by these days. If you need a gas engineer, I promise you, use James, you won't regret it!

We moved into a house with old plumbing and therefore needed to put in new radiators, as well as replace the old radiators, boiler, and the entire bathroom. James, our plumber, did a fantastic job for a reasonable price, and was really supportive with suggestions, tweaks and working with and around the other tradespeople. I would happily use him again.

We had a very old boiler which needed replacing. James did the work quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption. He talked us through all the work that needed doing and also phoned and made a courtesy call afterwards to see how we were getting on. The price for the work was extremely reasonable too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

James did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem in a couple of minutes and fixing it in literally the same time. He explained the route cause immediately. His work was clean and tidy and I learnt a lot from his advice. Very fair prices, very friendly and an honest person.
