Fantastic service and excellent communication from all at Ptarmagin homes. They have taken care of everything in build process making sure everything was completed to a very high standard. I love my new home and would highly recommend Ptarmagin to anyone thinking about building it is definitely worth having them take on the stress of organizing all the different trades involved. I have been most impressed with the communication from the team right from the start and the whole way through the building process.

We contacted Martin and Angela Roy at Ptarmigan Homes to enquire about a timber kit supply as we just purchased a plot. The kit is a higher quality than we expected, the customer service provided was second to none. Martin was very knowledgeable and talked us through the whole process. I approached Ptarmigan to discuss a refurb on an existing property. I found them knowledgeable and helpful and they fully understood exactly what I wanted to achieve.

Disappointed. We said nothing as we didn’t want anything to else to do with these losers. They go bankrupt and then they re appear ... not to be trusted as all. These other reviews are requested to make it appear they are something else. Keep well away. If you could read the Roy Homes reviews it’s all been carefully deleted.

Great house kit, but one mis-dimensioned french doors have never been remdied after a year and a half and several complaints. Frustrating and lets them down. Living room temperature drops several degrees with a North wind.Just spoke with Martin at Ptarmigan, he has been battling with the window/door supplier. He tells me that thay are not using this supplier any more, so all's well. He will keep up the pressure.Ptarmigan gave us a lot of help over the internal layout when the design was being finalised
