The Health Shop

Very disappointing. I made the mistake of asking a member of staff if they stocked pre grated Parmesan that doesn't need to be refrigerated. I was taken to the fridge, shown a block of parmesan, and told It only takes 2 seconds to grate it Madam."I think that some people just really aren't meant to work with the public. It is unfortunate that some independent shops don't take the time or care with recruiting and training that larger chains do. I don't believe I would ever have been spoken to so rudely in Holland and Barrett.I walked out without buying anything and I won't ever be going back. And I don't recommend anyone else put themselves in the position to be patronised and spoken down to in the manner that I was.Very poor show."

Lovely place, lovely shop.I always happy come here.You can buy here a lot of products, not available in other shops in town. Herbs, spices, food, vegetarian food, vegan food, dietary supplements and good prices.You can buy here real cinnamon! and cassia. Bay leafs sell in big packs.Stuff always kind and helpful.My recommendation.

Very nice shop with all of the herbal remedies and support you might need! The ladies working there were helpful and kind and helped me find what I need. Saw a lot of vegan goods. Great tea selection as well, highly recommend!

Fantastic shop, products are amazing. The staff are so helpful & friendly, they honestly go above and beyond!! They took the time to phone me about a particular product I’d been looking for. Their customer service is first class. I can highly recommend a visit to The Health Shop! We’ll definitely be visiting the shop again on our next trip to Inverness!

Lovely shop with lots of gluten free and vegan options. Staff are really welcoming and helpful! Their range of vegan cheeses is amazing. I always stop there when passing through Inverness :)
