Saw a certain vehicle that I'd been after for a while now, contacted Steve and was able to do a trade with him for said car.Really happy with the outcome, nice guy with good car knowledge. After a lot phone calls, dozens of pictures and to visit to see the car by my car mad nephew a deal was done on a little gem. A 49 year old Volvo Estate is not everyone's idea of heaven bit it was and now is mine. In addition, he generously offered a free MOT that was due in 2 months, along with a 1-month/1,000-mile warranty.There were a couple teething issues which Mark has offered to have assessed and fixed. they luckily turned out to be up being user error so no work had to take place but it was a great reassurance that anything would have been taken care of.The quality of the cars available through his company is truly fantastic. Firstly, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Steven/ The Modern Classic Car Co for his/ their time and effort.I approached Steven one evening after seeing his advert online. He replied promptly and in great detail to every question I asked. Steven also provided me with numerous videos of the car running and of the exterior/ interior. He walked me through my options in terms of P/Xing my current car or buying outright. This level of professionalism and quality of service I was shown is truly unheard of within the private motor trade industry.Now, at this moment I had not realised where the car was and that if I were to view the vehicle it would entail an 850-mile round trip to Scotland from London. All I can say is that I did the trip and it was completely worth it. The car was exactly how he had described: an absolute beauty. The level of detail and effort Steven had put in to these amazing motors is unexplainable and I was amazed at the level of perfection also shown in his other cars for sale. I bought this car from Mark late last year. I had previously owned it until 2012. it had sat in a container for about 9 years and had only done 650 miles since I sold it. I found him quite straight-forward to deal with. He gave me a good trade in value for a 944 and a Cayman that I owned. I bought the car unseen and we came to an arrangement over the costs of transport. The transaction was easily carried out without a face to face meeting
