The absolute worst company I have ever used. Complete lack of professionalism, communication, time management and organisation. Food was delayed by over 3 hours for my wedding and was not even what I requested. It was an embarrassment and neither me or my husband received an actual apology after picking the wedding date to suit them.

ORDERED FOOD FOR EID ,THEY WERE WELL PACKAGED AND THAT WAS THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT IT. WE BOUGHT THE FOOD ON THE DAY AND PICKED IT UP , BUT WHEN WE SERVED IT UP THE CHICHEN BIRIANY WAS OFF ,THE ADANA AND KOFTA KABABS WHERE FROZEN FOODS JUST HEATED UP AND REPACKAGED UP WITH CORRIANDER TO GARNISH IT AND SOLD 3 TIMES DEARER THAN WHAT I GET FOR FROM ASIAN SHOPS IN GLASGOW. IF I KNOWN THAT WE WOULD BE EATING REPAKAGED UP FROZEN FOOD , I WOULD NEVER BY FROM THIS MICKEY MOUSE CATERING COMPANY. FOOD IS JUST RUBBISH AND CHEAP AND NASTY. I LEARNED A BIG LESSON FROM THIS , JUST COOK AT HOME AND ENJOY WHAT I MAKE FOR MY FAMILY.EX PAK/INDO CHEF

The management are inept and don't know the first thing about customer service, timely communication and documenting the customers requests in a formal document. They're always late, which you would expect from a new company starting out, not an established company like Saffron who choose not to invest in decent staff as they'd rather pocket the cash. I wouldn't recommend this company. When you pay staff slave wages, you end up with low calibre staff which sums up Saffron.

Very well packed and fresh. Very well organised and reliable. Impressive service. Thanks so much for the delicious food.

Overall really poor communication and customer service. We set up a meeting at Saffron's office, after arriving at the location noone was there and we were told to come the following week. We were told in an unapologetic manner that the person who was going to meet us has a migraine, which is fine, but a heads up prior to us arriving at the office would have been appreciated.The following week we were hosted by Hassan who took down all our details and created a WhatsApp chat. After that we messaged and tried to call and enquire about how things were going and received no replies. Found the whole experience quite unprofessional, and would not recommend reaching out to Saffron.

Unpleasant food served .. was served cold aswell ... and the staff were so disorganized ... chaos at the wedding ... the waiter who was designated to our side was loud and in a frenzy very disorganized and was also while picking up our plates eating of the platters on the way back to kitchens ... was soo shocked .

Saffron catered for our wedding. The food was awesome. 5 star service. Highly recommend this company. Will use again!Thank you
