Terrible service. Arrived home and no test kit by the second day. Contacted them. They stated a po tracking number but not the right one. After 5 days Contacted again. Said it was in the post system, they gave me the right number. Stated it was the po problem not theirs. Contacted NHS Scotland giving all details, plus fact we had taken a test of our own which was negative. Passed this info to Rapidity with no response. Kit arrived 10th November, completed and negative. Pointless really as we've been home two weeks. Customer service is disgusting, take your money and wipe their hands. I thought this was to save lives.

Checked providers from the gov list and this company was pretty much mid-range. Pretty straightforward ordering process (though T&C on refund could be clearer but not many people read it anyhow), kit arrived on time and results returned on time.

Rapidity DX - Antigen tests
Searching the internet this came up as one of the least expensive services and was remarkably efficient. I ordered the test on-line from my phone on a train on my way to a holiday because the UK just changed the Covid rules for travel. The test was awaiting me on my return, was straightforward. I took a photo of it with my passport and had a certificate a few hours later. Simple and straightforward.

Awful customer service. Stay well away. I’ve sent over 20 messages to their C/S dept. Still waiting for a refund as was charged twice on 11/29/21 Unclear instructions on kit and had a lot of difficulty accessing my account. Couldn’t upload results. Duplicate accounts created by them. My messages were not read and understood. Visiting from the USA and extremely disappointed by level of service in U.K.

Excellent customer service! Quick turnaround times and a very reliable company. Highly recommend for work purposes aswell as personal use. Instructions are easy to follow and postbox outside the laboratory is convenient for all users lifestyles/work balances.

I received my test in the post the next day within 24hrs & I posted my test & got results the next day at 17.15. I did ring up at approximately 17.00 & the lady assured me I would get results within 30mins including certificate.I have read negative reviews about this company but In my personal experience the service was Excellent & I’m quite impressed & I would highly recommend to other people.Very professional & offer excellent prompt service with Excellent customer services.

Very easy to place an order and make the payment, which is very reasonable compared with the vast number of supplier's charging extortionate fee's for the same service. The tests arrived quickly, they were easy to use and the QR code links to the portal immediately. Our confirmation emails were received within four hours, so an all-round excellent service. The actual testing and results process was straightforward and efficient, including the written guidance. However we found the information about which test we needed to order was confusing and unclear. Initially we ordered a non self administered PCR test. This was not accepted by the airline staff on our return flight and we were not allowed to proceed. We had to order a different test, redo the person locator forms and rebook onto the next flight in 2days time. A very costly mistake in all ways. Please could you advertise your tests in terms of their suitability for listed countries.

Pity I could leave a zero scoreAs previous comments I has purchased antigen after announcementI was offered refund if made further purchase of 2 day PCRThe app was hard to use and the pCR instructions were poor to direct how to use and complete online.Royal mail tracking shows evidence the parcel was delivered 2 days ago but still the portal shows it is undelivered. There are no online assistance and emails are ignoredThe 10 days isolation will be up by the time I get the results. What is the point other than a corrupt money making scamAVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
