Don’t provide what you actually pay for and leave you with unfinished and unsafe garden on a ‘luxury’ property. Photos show how my property has been left. Fairgrove refuse to do anymore work on the garden as they ‘do not accept they are genuine defects’. My property also has water ingress that relates to the garden patio structure built on to my townhouse. Whole place is an unfinished mess and the communication with customers is poor.

we have recently completed and have received the keys to our new property in Kimberley. Although the property looks very nice it is plagued with several niggles. We were due to complete in September 2018 and there have been delays. The contractors have been very understanding and are working hard to put it right. We are nearly there with our snagging list but have had a run around over a tree branch. They own the tree not Broxtowe council!!!

Went to view the brewery properties last year. We were about to pay a holding free, but I had a bad feeling so we went away to think over night. After looking into the company further, particularly their financial situation we are glad we saved ourselves the hassle. Not to mention the lady that showed us around was very rude and unprofessional, glad we won't be dealing with these people.

Moved into my property nearly 5 years ago and still without a finished paved road/pavement with huge pot holes and uneven surface, contact has pretty much stopped. Directors accept no responsibility for anything. Stressful from start to finish, avoid!

Awful company to deal with. No customer service, poor quality and no intention to put things right, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The customer service is very disappointing and they treat the customers, staff and sub contractors very poorly. The builders on the site at Kimberley work like trojans. one guy, Lee a bricklayer never stops he has a fantastic work rate

Not good on finishing snag lists or giving out what they said they would give . Been here over 4yrs and still waiting.
