Absolutely outstanding experience with Kristina from our first time in store to collecting our wedding bands. Kristina listened to what we wanted and let us take our time choosing our bands, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured and enjoyed some Prosecco whilst there too! Kristina kept in touch with us throughout the process as my ring my bespoke and kept us updated with everything so we had peace of mind. When we came to collect, we tried the rings on and again, this was such a lovely experience and was so relaxed and enjoyable. Thankyou Kristina for being so amazing, look forward to popping in to see you when we next visit Southampton West Quay!

Excellent experience purchasing an engagement ring. I dealt with Rachel and Anca who were both superb. I would highly recommend as they managed to make the process both hassle free and very pleasant.

The repair to my Omega watch took over 6 months. So although the staff in store were very charming the length of time to be without my watch seemed excessive. Very disappointed it took so long.

Never known it so hard to spend several thousand pounds with a company. Had to chase them to get appointment but service in store was good.

Absolutely Fantastic Customer Service. Today I needed help with some links adjusted on one of my watches, I was greeted by Sara, who although being new to the showroom, was very kind & wanted to help. I was told that Tom would be around 15 minutes and they could see I was in immense pain & drenched because it was pouring outside, so I was offered a drink, Kasia was wonderful & bought me a Whisky. They went way beyond expectations that day. Tom's knowledge of all watches was amazing & we talked for an hour about our love of watches, he was very kind & didn't charge me for adjusting the watch & kindly ordered in a Cartier Santos for me to view in the New Year. Without doubt I will not go anywhere else for my next watch. Excellent service from all the staff. They were very polite and helpful and very friendly and helped me choose the watch I brought. They also put a link extra link in the watch and nothing was too much trouble.
