Premier MG

Last week I had the best possible service I have experienced from a garage ! In less than a week after walking into the showroom in Newport the guys at Premier MG moved heaven and earth to get me into a brand new amazing MG4 . Just completed my weekly drive to work (130 miles ) and the car was a total dream ! Amazing service and an amazing car !!!! = two truly happy customers who with certainly stick with Premier MG for whatever cars we need ! Cheers to Dan, Leigh, Barry and another Dan ! 10/10

From initial enquiry to collection of the car Dan Mitchard at Premier has impressed us with his helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service. Although his title is sales consultant, he is more like a customer service agent than a sales person, the total opposite of pushy, he gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice without any pressure.Being our first electric car, he showed incredible patience with some stupid questions that we asked and, as we picked the car up when many of the Island roads were flooded, was very helpful in reassuring us about the capabilities of the car when coping with standing water.Dan has kept us informed at all stages from placing the order through to collection of our new MG5 and beyond. When we collected the car he helped us set up the iSmart app, added our phones to the car and comprehensively ran through all of the controls.He also, sent through a very informative video covering the features of the instrument panel and how the main bits of the car works. This is a brilliant idea as you can’t take in all the information in one go and it will be brilliant to refer back to as time goes on. Then followed up with a phone call a few days after we’d taken possession of the car to check everything was okay and to see if we had any further questions.All in all first class service from the first day we walked into the showroom, you couldn’t ask for better. Review from Mary and Mike. We’ve had a Silver MG ZS for a year and were very pleased with it.We then decided to enquire about an Automatic. We saw Dan and he showed us a Lovely car in the showroom. It looked great as it was red, our favourite car colour.Dan took me out on a test drive and i was impressed with the very smooth gear changing.Dan then worked out the price and deducted the P/X on our silver MG. Really impressed with Premier MG.Purchased an MG4 from them and couldn't hope for better service really - Dan took the time to put together an instructional video, downloaded and demonstrated the MGiSmart app, and took me through the controls again before I drove the car away.Although the car was actually delivered late this wasn't Premier MG's fault and they did their best to keep me informed.Recommended.

Purchasing my new MG was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Daniel (my salesman) was knowledgeable & extremely helpful when deciding which MG to get. From his help in seeing if my double pushchair would fit in the boot to seeing if the car seat would fit to the test drives was brilliant. His continuing correspondence through the whole process was amazing. Excellent service from Dan while I was buying my second hand MG5 for a very good price. Dan and the team were very patient and understanding, since I was buying from NE Scotland and had some delays in getting down to dealership. The car is great and the after sales service has been impeccable. Cannot fault a thing!
