Room was poor standard, with signs of damp and exposed brickwork. No cleaning materials available. Despite signs saying no smoking, room smelt of cigarette smoke. During a real emergency, when we had to call the fire brigade,the 24 hrs

Perfect value for money, self check-in and self check-out, room clean and tidy, towel, shower, soap provided, bathroom and toilet shared with other residents, one bathroom and 2 toilets, so you're not waiting around for too long, kitchen for use by all, can warm or make meals. Free Parking on road and adjoining roads, pub withing walking distance, off licence and Chinese and Indian takeaways also less than 3 mins walk.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.Communal bathrooms without a lock (CCTV overlooks area)No clean glasses or plates despite offering kitchen services.Fire alarm went off for absolutely no reason disrupting guests.Paid to spend two nights at the Inn and couldn’t even spend one.Tacky and Cheap.A little paint wouldn’t go a miss as well as products to wash dishes.If I could rate this negatively I would 1/10

Booked last minute, was never sent check in details or room number. No staff on site. Tried calling 24/7 customer service" line and the company number which has an locked out/emergency option for ~4 hours to no avail. Then they marked me down as no show and refused to refund money."
