Crown Taxis

Booked a cab for morning pick to sandwell Train station.Operator took details and politely assured me that driver will be at time appointed,text was sent to confirm.then text was sent half before pick up with ETA .The driver was on time,very polite,softly spoken, drove me to station ,on route we talked exchanging pleasantries.Must say what a wonderful experience, definitely deserve the crown with 5 stars.

Booked airport run, agreed £230 for both ways. Had 2 different drivers on drop off and collection, both courteous with bags etc.Charged me £40 more for the trip both ways. Challenged the driver whom responded with I don't really work for them. Spoke to the office and the operator responded with that's cheap and he didn't take the booking his colleague did.Advised him you took on my details at the time of booking and flight details but couldn't find it. Beware, based on previous reviews seems common with these guys.Only booked with them as they were recommended and agreed a price of £230 before the trip which I ended up paying £270. I came back with less bags them then I advised at the time of booking.

This is the first time we have used Crown Taxis for our holiday airport run. The taxi driver was polite and helpful with our cases. Unlike other taxi companies we have used before they were arrived to pick us up before our allocated time slot which was more than pleasing. Crown actually kept us informed all the time via txt messages to let us know where our driver was and what type of vehicle he was turning up in.We as a family would not hesitate to use Crown Taxis again, we'll done and a big thank you from us. What a great experience using this company !! Driver went over and above to ensure he picked us up for return journey too, meaning we could enjoy our evening out without worrying about how to get home. The driver was friendly yet so professional and polite. I really cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks

Booked a taxi a week in advance for an airport run. Called on morning to confirm, said was ok. Called 15 minutes before pick up time to be advised our taxi was in Dudley and would be late. Not happy as booked well in advance said would send a different car. Rang another local taxi company who came very quickly. Our taxi arrived 20 minutes late as we were driving up the road in an alternative taxi.Would not use again.Unreliable.

Excellent service from telephone staff and drivers arrived on time and was really polite would recommend and will always use when I need a taxi service.

Got a black cab from this company yesterday, it came quickly but the driver was really unhelpful - he didn't help with the pushchair (so a random man off the street helped - good job someone helped us because I've got ×2 prolapsed discs in my lower back) he didn't ask if we needed the heating on, he was on his phone the whole journey speaking his own language & laughing (probably talking about us). Absolutely disgusting! I won't be using this company ever again!

Picked me up from the hospital in the middle of the night to get me back to kingswinford. £9 fare.Polite driver. No issues.

Just been dropped back home and the driver was lovely and carried my shopping to my door. I'm 7 months pregant and my bags are heavy. I didn't ask him to he just did it without me asking which as small as it seems it makes a big difference as don't like asking for help. He was so pleasant too so thank you
