Good initial communication though not great at answering the phone right up to the point of asking for an email address to send the invoice to - then nothing, fortunately my daughter wasn’t left without balloons for her party though thanks to Party Party (who also were half the price!) in Syston who stepped in to help when MNM couldn’t be bothered to communicate or even answer the phone! Wouldn’t recommend at all

I am very disappointed in the service I have received. Was sending messages and had placed the order. Was told they would get in contact regarding a pick up day and time. But when it came to the day of collection no communication. Even messaged the day before for confirmation but nothing. If they were unable to complete my request, should have said from the beginning. I was left to find an alternative provider last minute.

Excellent service. I called at 6.45pm as I needed 16 balloons for the next morning. Was advised on the best options for balloon material and string as they were to be released outside. Within the hour they were ordered and paid for and we're collected the next morning just after 8. The balloons were of an excellent quality and were perfect.Definitely recommend.
