Karen took time out of her Saturday morning to have a phone call with me to share some hugely helpful and informative tips and advice for my little puppy Bobby. Karen was fully booked which clearly shows what a fantastic in-demand trainer she is but still managed to fit me in for a phone call, for which I was hugely grateful. I learnt some amazing tips which I will be trying immediately with Bobs. Thank you Karen, 100% would recommend to anyone looking for advice on puppies!

Karen is truly amazing!!After talking to several trainers about Ghost and his “quirky” personality traits none of them suggest that he might be in pain from 2 fairly major face surgery’s in 2020. Before meeting or booking our first session Karen’s first suggestion was a pain trial through my vets which turned Ghost into a completely different dog!!Ghost is now far more responsive and taking on training so much easier than before, loves having to think through the games and getting his mind working. We have always come away feeling like we have accomplished something with lots to work on until our next session. Karen is always at the end of the phone if you need a bit of added help or that next step if your wanting something extra before your next session.I would recommend Hart’s Pro Hounds 1000 times over, after only 2 sessions Ghost is now enjoying some controlled off lead time which I truly thought might never happen. Thank you so much Karen and I can’t wait to see how he progresses over many future sessions.

Karen is very friendly and a great trainer. She has an excellent insight into why dogs behave the way they do. Using this knowledge she was able to give us a number of tips and techniques that have helped us. Using the online consultation meant she could demonstrate and show us what to do from the comfort of our home. We would thoroughly recommend her

Hart’s Pro Hounds was recommended to us by a family who had a rescue dog like ours. Karen was brilliant at helping us to understand the stressors a rescue dog has been through and why they behave in a certain way initially. She gave us clear advice and demonstrations on how to achieve basic commands, which worked really well. Within a few weeks he learnt sit, down, paw, wait and gained confidence around us and on his lead. Unfortunately recall has been particularly tricky for our boy, Basil and as such we don’t feel particularly confident letting him off the lead. We had a special session with Karen in a secure field which gave us insight into basil’s behaviour and we are slowly making progress. Karen has such a vast knowledge of dog behaviours and instincts and we have already recommended her to others.

Just completed the Rapid Recall course and can’t thank Karen enough. Already noticed a huge improvement and have lots of hints and tips to continue the training. This is the 3rd course we have completed with Karen and will definitely be back again in the future. Highly recommended.

Karen has been invaluable in the training of our Springer Spaniel puppy, she has taken the time to explain in detail how different breeds need different training - having come from Collies a different approach was needed! Karen always seems to be available on the phone for a quick chat and has been generous with here time during our 1 to 1 training sessions at our home.

I couldn’t recommend Karen more!!! She has been so knowledgeable & helpful to me over the past 18 mons since we got our rescue pup. We have another dog in the family & we have had to work through some behavioural problems with them both & Karen has been so helpful with her tips on training & how to deal with some tricky situations. She’s so knowledgeable on dogs body language & why they are reacting to a certain situation etc..Everyone needs Karen on speed dial ❤️
