Absolutely terrible service. Kindly asked 2 of my dresses to be dry-cleaned. 4 days after I was told my dresses will be ready for collection, they were not. Not only were they not cleaned, the staff also managed to lose them - I had to help the staff look for them in the back. After finding them, the staff informed me only one had been cleaned and they didn’t manage to clean the other one as it was too “colourful” to clean in a week (despite them telling me it was supposed to be ready 3-4 days prior). After coming home, I noticed my dress was not cleaned at all, despite staff reassuring me it was clean - the dress smelled. After raising this the next morning with the store via phone call, they were snobby towards me, assuring I am wrong and no way they are in the wrong. I went to the store to prove them the dress had not been cleaned, they realised their mistake but did not seem the least bit sorry it had happened. I will not be returning and I recommend to others to find a different dry-cleaners.
