The word “Happy” compliments the company’s name 100%. From first point of contact to the conclusion it was a shear pleasure to deal with the guys. Joe’s work ethic and approach to the stair refit project was exemplary. The level of workmanship was off the charts.Highly recommended … quite simply outstanding service !!!

We came home from holiday to find there had been a serious leak from our shower pump, damaging the bathroom floor. Hollie the installation manager responded immediately to our approach via the website. Liam the company’s assessor was immensely reassuring, he provided a very reasonable estimate that we were happy with. The work was carried out by Jason who sorted out the best approach to the job, re-levelled the floor and laid new vinyl. Really pleased to have found such a great local company. Will certainly use them again.

Company did shoddy work and have gone MIA. We had to lift the floor to find the true damage of what they have done. One section has multiple 6mm gaps and has ruined our floor and we have had to pay money to get the flooring lifted up and buy new flooring. They don’t reply to emails or calls. We will have to go the legal route just to get our refund

The Happy Flooring Company recently laid our new engineered wood floor. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth, fast and we were kept updated at every stage. Everyone was professional and friendly and we were given great advice on what would work best and how to look after the new floor. The fitter did an amazing job, the floor looks beautiful. He was very neat and tidy and paid attention to detail.

Great service and can see why they're called the happy flooring company! Chris worked on our floors and we find no fault with it. He was quick, fast and good at his job. Would highly reccomend!

Did a very poor job cladding my stairs.Not level or symmetrical, the worst job I’ve seen. Gave them 2 more opportunities to rectify but still very poor, in the end they took it all away and caused a considerable amount of damage.Still no refund issued even after confirming they would, considering legal action.It’s a real shame, Liam & Holly were great.Found them on face book with excellent reviews unfortunately this was not my experience.

We are very pleased with the work done on our stairs by the company. Joe was a very pleasant person and worked really hard for 3 days to remove the old stairs and fit a new oak and glass stairs. The carpet fitter Chris also did a great job and was a very nice person too.

Update 14.12.2023. THIS COMPANY HAS CEASED TRADING.I visited their premises which have now been relet by the buildingnowners. Apparently insolvency practitioners have been appointed.WARNING........I placed an order and have had my card debited. Heard nothing since and can't get through on the phone. Order no. 1138. Can you update me pleaseUpdate 10th November I have sent three emails and tried calling numerous times but have received no response whatsoever. So much for a 3 to 5 day delivery and wanting to make people happyUpdate 13th November I have sent more emails and made over 70 attempts to contact them by phone, without success. Does anybody have any contact details for Mr Sharpe, who I understand is the owner/director of this entity??????Update 15th November Despite more emails and attempts to speak to them by phone The Happy Flooring Company has failed to respond to me, or actually supply my goods. Call it whatever you like but I suspect they just dont care. I shall be seeking legal redress here. Be warned.27th November - still no response so we have instigated steps to recover our money. No evidence of any customer service here. They were quick enough to take our money. BE WARNED YOU MAY BE BETTER OFF PURCHASING YOUR FLOORING ELSEWHERE THAN FROM THIS ENTITY!!!!!!!!!! HAPPY? NOT A CHANCE.1st December - Not even a direct message to Liam Sharpe, the director, has generated a response from this company. We have gone beyond poor service to the extent that tf feels fraudulent by taking money in this manner.8th December No response so legal action starts

The initial quote was prompt and responsive, Liam was good to deal with. It's about 20% more pricy than the other ones I had. So expectation was high. The stairs was good as promised, the landing flooring though lacked the professional" finish look
