I followed the tracking details all morning as the parcel was meant to be here by 11am but it wasn't until 1220 that I got an automated phone call telling me it wasn't arriving today but tomorrow! I've had to arrange the delivery for Friday now. What is the point in requesting a specific delivery slot just to have you not bother to fulfil it! Awful service.
