Great professionalism by Stratford Heating. After 20 years our old boiler needed replacing. Undertook competitive bids and these chaps impressed from the outset. Margaret took detailed requirements, Jason undertook survey and received quote that week. Not the cheapest but the best.On installation day the work was under taken very efficiency and tidy workers. Jason and Jack got on with their work and kept us informed throughout. There were some snags with previous poor plumbing that they also rectified without any hassle.System works superbly now and already saving us money. Great work and cannot recommend these guys enough.

We recently had a boiler service performed by Stratford Heating. From the initial contact with Margaret to the Service being performed by Jason the customer service provided was excellent. The service was performed in a timely manner with an explanation of what was done to the boiler and how to keep it running at its best.I would absolutely recommend Stratford Heating and will be using them again.

The man came out to check our gas for safety purposes the majority of the property passed easily but the gas fire didn’t. I was 100% advised to cap it not because of safety reasons but so I didn’t have to report it to the buyers. I felt so uncomfortable with this the man said it would be easier all round and I could pretend it had been capped years ago. He then went behind my back to my buyers and told them how unsafe it was. Now we were at no risk of loosing our buyers and I had thankfully already spoken to them and offered a reduction because of the fire. However this was so unprofessional of Stratford Heating. Find someone you can trust who doesn’t ask you to lie!
