I booked a one day tour through Mark and Alan met us at the Aberdeen train station and then dropped us back off that evening after a great day of touring the area. We spent a week between London and Scotland and our day with Alan was the favorite day for all of my children. The van was as nice as they come and Alan made sure to hit all of the highlights we wanted to see. A great day!

We've met some wonderful people during our travels but David, our chauffeur for this trip stands at the very peak of the pack. Pleasant, knowledgeable and the consumate professional, our journies opened up highlights that we never expected. On our recent trip to Scotland, we booked car service to travel from Aberdeen to Ballater and a return trip a couple of days later. Booking through Mark was very easy with great communications. Brian, our driver on both trips, was exceptional. Wonderful to chat with and we greatly enjoyed our conversations with him. This is an exemplary chauffeur service and we would highly recommend it. Cannot recommend VChauffeur highly enough. Although Mark couldn't provide a service for me for a long -haul hospital pick-up and drop off, (My fault - It was requested at very short notice), he went out of his way to contact a colleague of his who is also in the business (Stan of Ashgrove Chauffeur Services) , who very kindly stepped in, even though he'd just returned from an earlier long haul run. Within five minutes Stan contacted me and arranged a multi pick up run. I cannot thank Mark and Stan enough for getting my family and I safely home pain free, hassle-free and at very short notice after an operation. Both companies were courteous, polite, smart and helpful and we certainly felt safe in their hands -A perfect all round chauffeur service, and I will definitely be using them as my go-to service in future. My friend and I used Vchauffeur in September on a 10-day holiday in Scotland. Alan was our driver and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable--we learned a lot about the history of the areas we visited. He was always on time and was a lot of fun to travel with--we would ask for him again!

The car was immaculate and David our driver was very polite and informative about the area. He did not rush us and was happy to wait till tour was completed and we had a few extra drams. Great trip smooth and timely the best.

Mark and the team at Vigilant could not be more helpful, after being left in lurch I was given their details and they came to the rescue at the 11th hour - I needed a bigger car as was travelling with a bike box. The pristine Mercedes was the perfect car and both drivers we had were excellent. Mark followed up on the booking and was even able to accommodate a late change in pick up time. Booked three days traveling for golf from St. Andrews up to Dornoch and back to Inverness. The trip was over the top because of the service from Steve. It was extremely nice to have the Mercedes van for three men with luggage. After golf everything was taken care of, and it was a luxurious ride to our next stop. Steve was professional, courteous and attentive. The first day was a very long day and he did a fantastic job. I hired Mark from Vchauffeur to drive my parents to Braemar as a special surprise for my mum as part of her 80th birthday celebration weekend. From the initial phonecall to gather information about what I wanted, to the actual trip on the day, Mark was a true professional. He was very attentive to details, asking what he could include in the trip to make it more special for my mum. He ended up giving her a birthday card & chocolates and having a flask of tea with shortbread and even a playlist of 50s tunes for the journey! He made my mum and dad feel very comfortable and at ease, and the chauffeur driven journey made their weekend really memorable.
