Note: I came just for the presidential elections.The staff were friendly, everything went smoothly and it seemed that there is a toilet accessible for visitors.

Absolutely appalling customer service disgusting… asked if a member of the family could use the toilet was straight yp told no barring in mind she has a disability. The front door man is very disrespectful and needs to learn some manners. I’ve never had anyone talk to me with such arrogance.

THE man on front door is extremely rude what a bad experience...Today was my second visit and man on the door was really unfriendly AGAIN!!!!!!!should be replaced whit somebody who knows what's is good work attitude.

The front staff at the reception is disrespectful and rude to costumes, apart from him other workers are kind but the receptionist should get fired.

Always very wary when going for appointment as the staff could benefit from lessons in customer service, helpfulness and more approachable attitude. Considering it is representation of my own country in the UK, it's rather disappointing compared to visits to other embassies. The Czechs really need to brighten up at least a little.Good location, free parking available.

Absolutely impossible to get through on the phone in the opening hours when the phone should be attended despite numerous attempts last year and this year. Only message user busy. Despite I live only 15 min away from the Salford branch I will be forced to travel to London as they are responsive there on the phone and appointment can actually be booked. Very disappointing as this is supposed to be of a service for people in North of England.

It's impossible to contact them in Manchester. I have called 35 times and not once was my call answered. I am thinking to call the emergency number.Post 2: this is just to add to my previous post .today I tried to contact this embassy 31 times during the opening hours with no success. Honestly I don't know why this embassy exists.
