Food was pretty decent but I went when it first opened at 12, the shops cleanliness was poor the floor was dirty the pots the salad was in was dirty and the lettuce was going brown, the counter was also dirty ,to say they just opened this should be all clean and fresh

This is the chip shop I always use and it's the best one around my area in my opinion but I have to say this Sunday it was absolutely disgusting. My fish must have been standing all day same with my plain chips chucked all of the fish away. My friend had mixed meat and the chicken meat was burnt to a crisp and as hard as a bullet! Best bit was my mates battered chips. Not sure if its new owners or just staff that didn't care but its put me off a little going back again.

Friendly staff with good banter, good selections of food and some I hadn’t tried. Chips too notch! You don’t go here to eat healthy food, that’s for sure! Onions rings are massive and the batter is incredible, a great treat every now and then. Will be back

We came here while driving back home from seeing family in need of a quick meal. The prices and portions were great! There was a little wait for the battered chips, but this was told to us beforehand and they were well worth the wait. A Black Country classic done well, would really recommend!
