We have a number of elderly elected members, and staff that are highly focused on their tasks rather than issues that IT kit might cause them. Every member of the Rejuvenate team are respectful and patient, making clear what is required and helping understanding.....the epitome of service recovery, particularly when the I.T. issues can often be at the user end.

Rejuvenate are an amazing team of people who go out of their way to help us. There has not been an issue they haven't been able to sort, and are adaptable to our needs which are everchanging. Special shout out to Sue, Martin, Kalon and Luke and the team for their dedicated support worldwide.

He listened to what I wanted & produced a mock up which was far better than I had imagined. Really delighted with the end result.
