First time visit. Seems a decent place. Large entertainment room. Great bar staff with decently priced drinks. Would call in again.

Brilliant place, and a really great atmosphere. Highly recommended, and make sure you get tickets for the Irish pantomime a belly full of laughs, and you can wash it down with the best pint of Guinness in the North West.

I visited the Liverpool Irish Centre for a 7th birthday party this Sunday (15th October). It’s safe to say the kids had a fantastic time! Unfortunately, however, the same can’t be said for some of the adults that had the unfortunate pleasure of being served by Niall.I’ll start by saying that the ladies behind the bar were really friendly and looked after us. You’d expect the same treatment by what I believe was the bar manager, but this was not the case.Niall was miserable and dismissive and made it very clear he didn’t want us there.By his own words, he “should have never taken the booking”. What a great thing to say to people you happily took money from. And please bare in mind this was no different to any other 7 year old’s party. The children were not rowdy or disrespectful, and neither were the adults.Although when the booking was made, the agreement was that we’d have the place from 1-8pm, Niall arrived late and only gave my friend 30 minutes to set up, didn’t apologise sincerely for being late, was horribly sarcastic. To make matters worse, he had said upon booking that our music could stay on but had to be low between 4-6pm due to their being an Irish music session on. However, on the night he decided our music had to stop because the people on the other side were of 'middle class' which also meant the curtain divide between the bar and hall couldn't be taken down as the members were of middle class and we would 'need to control our kids'. How dare he make an assumption of class?!All in all, there was not one welcoming bone in his body and he made that very clear to not only the mother of the child but to me and other guests.Other than that, the place seems like a great place for all ages. There is a play area outside for kids to play in.And if Niall deems you to be middle class or above, I’m sure you’ll have a fab time!

Really friendly atmosphere. Great place for local community to get together. There are a selection of activities and events that take place throughout the week daytime as well as evenings. Worth checking out. Really good prices for drinks at the bar.
