I recently bought a house in Shrewsbury, and was prepared for pretty much everything but to have the house rewired.Craig was recommended to me by a friend, and all I can say is a massive thanks for making the whole thing so easy. From the very start and even with changes I asked for, the whole nightmare of having a house rewired became very simple.They did a massive clean up every time they did work and at the end of the job even came back to double check the floor boards were back and secured. If I had one negative comment I would say but have nothing but praise and gratitude.Thanks Craig, and Bernie, (the unsung hero), for an absolute diamond of a job.

Had Craig carry out Electrical standard checks required for rental property.We were pleased with the service received and know they went the extra mile to get this work sorted and safe for us. Highly recommended.

Craig carried out installing a new consumer unit on our caravan site and replaced the electric hook ups for the caravans with metered ones. The workmanship was neat and professional, timekeeping was good and the price I paid was the price on the quote even though he supplied an upgraded consumer unit at no extra cost. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and I have more work I will be asking them to do for me.

Craig has done some superb jobs for me since moving into my property, he has fixed a faulty RCD fuse box, sorted out electrical faults in the conservatory and installed a security camera. His communication, help & advice is first class and is fairly priced! Where others have let me down, Craig is honest & trustworthy, and always does a cracking job! I would highly recommend Craig and Bernie, they really are the A-Team!

I used Craig for my EICR check.He carried out the first part of the job without any issue, however he was needed for a second visit to go and put thing right for the EICR signed off as safe. I had to chase him constantly for this part of the job to be completed. Not sure whether he has changed his system but I couldn't get direct contact with him either on the mobile and landline.This was very frustrating! I will not be using him again.

Craig came to my home on time for the estimate, noted that I should have a complete electrical check first before any work. He came back and completed this on time. He then did not try to upsell me on the work, I chose to have the right materials based on solid advice. The work was carried out by a team of three and they were excellent. Friendly, polite and a credit to the business, they worked around my dogs and children without any issues. The standard of the work is spot on and I highly recommend this business

Very professional honest company did a really neat installation of my new fuse box, worked from 9am to 7pm to ensure the job was finished in same day. Very helpful, great advice on the best product. Would highly recommended.

Excellent service from the whole team , they turned up as arranged on time , kept me informed along the way and completed a fuse box upgrade and repair work . They moved what was required and cleaned any mess they had made leaving my home as it was . A previous company requested that I put all my furniture into storage whilst the works where completed so I am overwhelmed with Craig Michael Electrical services and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them , massive thank you .
