My tattoo is beautiful, but sadly, my artist Maja was rude regarding a touch-up appointment, which let down the whole experience.She cancelled on me on the same day as the appointment, but only after I messaged to confirm it. The next slot was three months later, on her next visit.The same happened again on the second appointment three months later. After I messaged on the day to confirm, she responded that she needed to reschedule.We agreed on a time the next day, as I was working from home, and Maja said it would take 5-10 minutes.I didn’t mind to reschedule the first time, but the second time, she was rude. She turned me away when I arrived on time and told me to come 45 minutes later because she was behind. It would have been nicer if she messaged me a heads-up about the delay, especially as I explained I‘d be working. The condescending messages were unnecessary as well.Though the tattoo is beautiful, and the first appointment was a lovely experience for my first tattoo.

I came across Chloe on Instagram and saw she was doing a Friday the 13th flash day. 13 is my favourite number so the stars aligned perfectly when I found her page. The tattoo shop is close to central London with good transport links and was very easy to find. I’m a bit of an awkward person but I felt very comfortable in the tattoo shop and Chloe was very kind and welcoming. Everything is perfect about the tattoo, the shape, style, size and placement are all amazing and I’m so happy with it. I cannot recommend this tattoo shop highly enough and I hope to be back for another tattoo soon :)

There is a reason I travel nearly 2 hours to get tattooed here! Uxia and Chloe are both lovely and very talented at what they do. I had my first tattoo done by Uxia and have been going back since...definitely caught the bug". Communication with Uxia was perfect leading up to my appointments

I had an appointment with Ms. Santos. She advised me very well and took the time to perfect the design of my tattoo. She was very nice and gentle with me. She had fun to tattoo and did a great job! I am incredibly happy to have met her and of course about my new tattoo. The studio is clean and everyone is nice. I'll come back anytime!

Barbara is such an incredibly talented, kind, and highly skilled tattoo artist. She worked with me through the process of selecting and designing my tattoo which looks so amazing, I LOVE IT!!Her shop is amazing - so very lovely. Pristine, well decorated, welcoming to everyone. She has such cool merch and artwork. Her waiting area is comfortable and I loved every moment of being in that space.She is my top recommendation for tattoo artists in London and I cannot wait to see her for my next tattoo!! Thank you so much Barbara for the wonderful experience getting tattooed. ♥️

Amazing place if you are looking to get your first tattoo or getting more. I had Barbara do my first one and it turned out to be amazing. 100% recommend coming here! Super friendly and love to chat, always make sure you are okay and ask if you need breaks.

Best cosmetic tattoo experience of my life! Chloe is a perfectionist, and so so good at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome, and I trust her skills implicitly! I was nervous due to a skin condition, and Chloe was so patient and understanding, and really made me feel better about it. I ADORE my eyebrows and 1000% recommend anyone thinking of taking the leap and doing microblading - go to Chloe!!!! The studio is also in Mare st Market, which is sick - and Uxia is such a laugh too, will def be booking more tattoos there in the future xxx

I got my first tattoo with Barbara and I was pretty nervous about it, but she did absolutely everything possible to make me feel comfortable. She took her time with me and made sure the design was exactly the way I wanted it. It turned out great and I'm really happy with it, and went back for a second one (and possibly will go for a few more...). Highly recommend! Barbara is also a really cool person, very easygoing.
