The PC Masters and Mobile Experts
Extremely terrible experience!We gave them our PC for to diagnose the problem and repair if possible. Every week when we chased for an update they would ask for another week without providing us with any information of what they have checked so far and how far they are with it. After 4 weeks of no progress and no diagnostics we decided to collect our PC back. Will try somebody else now hopefully more reliable.

Repaired my phone for a good price. Offer a range of repair options from cheaper to original apple parts. I had an issue with my phone and it was the screen that was faulty and making it glitch out and has pressure spots and even though I went for the better version of the Apple copy screen - it is significantly better than the previous replacement screen I had and was worth the money. They also have student discount which is nice

Took my laptop in after it mysteriously stopped running completely out of the blue. They diagnosed it as a motherboard issue very quickly, although repairs took a couple of weeks due to delays in getting the parts (although judging by the other reviews this seems to not be a common problem). Excellent customer service - very communicative and knowledgeable. They also offer a student discount and 3 month warranty which is nice. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience - friendly customer service and fixed my broken phone screen within an hour. Such a reasonable price compared to if you went to the Apple Store. 1 year warranty included too. Would highly recommend.

Just wow. Absolutely amazing service. Water leaked all over my laptop in my bag and was fixed the very next day!I got all my documents back and everything working perfectly.All the staff are just so lovely and were very helpful. Excellent service ! Wow, got my laptop repaired from here nearly a year ago after spilling a load of coffee on it. It’s still working just like brand new and i’ve had no issues. In the first few days of my arrival in the UK, I accidentally spilled some clean water on the keyboard of my laptop. I was afraid that water would flow into the main board and other internal components, so I went to the PC Master and asked them to check if there was water inside the computer. The boss is very friendly, although I am not very proficient in English. After checking, they found that there was no problem with the computer main board because there was a shield between the keyboard and the main board, which reassured me. They also helped me clean the dust inside the computer by the way, the efficiency was very high. As I am a student, so the fee is 30 pounds after I presented my student card, which is quite reasonable.
