The Bharani Medical Centre (Lansdowne Avenue)

I am registered on this Bahrani surgery. The staff especially Huma is a very positive and helpful lady. We wanted to get vaccinated and had a limited time to get it done. She entertained and booked us an appointment on the earliest available unlike other surgeries. Another issue arose which she managed to solve very calmly as we were panicking.Very much satisfied with the service!

Recently I came in this country, I barely know about the gp and all, receptionist is very rude, enducated,frist time I went for registration she said u have to do online,after one of my friend went for registration she gave her form to feel up,,,, I told her why you did this to me she just sht her mouthVery bad her attitude

They never pick their calls, you stay in a queue in excess of an hour, and when you are lucky to speak to someone, they ask you to go to A and E this practice in my opinion is a waste of tax payers money. The Dr needs to see a Dr himself staff are rude and can’t understand or speak simple English looking at how everything is run you might be led to believe you are in some rural village in India.

if i could give minus stars, i definitely would. just had the worst experience with a receptionist that i waited over half an hour to speak to at 08.30am. only to be told that I've been de-registered from my GP due to inactivity (i haven't physically been to my GP in about a year) although i still order my prescriptions on the NHS App and have had multiple telephone appointments because my concerns weren't serious enough to be seen in person.When I questioned why I was de-registered and why I wasn't made aware of this until today after being on hold to speak to someone, I was told it wasn't us

A nhs surgery with staff that don’t speak English . On hold for hours when at number 4 that don’t make sense.Totally unprofessional standard of practice and proceduresIf you have an elderly family member your concerned about this surgery dose not care . I’m so appalled I’ve complained to nhs England and if anything happens to my family member due to your negligent staff I’ll expose your service to the media and ombudsman

Hi.i have huge respect for NHS staff but this doctor surgery has very unprofessional doctors specially dr daar.he never wants to listen to your problems and put phone down.it happened to me twice.i hope I don’t get ill again .lady over the phone was very polite but doctors need to change their behaviour.hope dr kumar see this review and try to educate his staff.

I had an appointment with Parveen . She is very professional and caring .She explained to me the procedure very well and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. Well done parveen. I highly recommend her!!Huma was the one that called me in for my appointment. She is very nice , polite, professional and sweet, which made me want to come even more. All staff are lovely!!
