Visited on a Saturday afternoon, not busy, but service was very slow. Food also very expensive. £30 for what just used to be referred to as a large pizza and £20 for a 10 pizza. They claim that an unlimited salad

Pizza wasn't very nice, the side dishes were cold and undercooked. The service was poor, we had to wait so long to be served that we eventually used the table QR code to order. All the servers did all the time we were there was complain to each other about how busy it's been, but yet while we were there there was nobody else in hardly. The salad bar (which is apparently free with any order) wasn't replenished so there was hardly anything to choose from. And finally, we had to wait ages for our dessert to come out after we finished our pizza.Disappointed and will not be returning. Shame, as the wife and I were looking forward to it.

From the guy downstairs who welcomed us into Pizza Hut, asked if we would like to sit downstairs or upstairs, asked if we would like buffet or main menu and asked if anyone had food allergies or special food requirements keeping us informed about when we would be seated. Paul upstairs greeted us and made sure that the information that he had received from downstairs was correct and showed us to our table. Paul answered our questions and was extremely helpful creating our order as we were new to the QR code ordering process. Even though Paul was alone and very busy upstairs the service was superb from him, thank you Paul for making our family lunch perfect.

Had the buffet lunch - plenty of salad/pizza/pasta as advertised, tasty and hot. Odd time kids had to wait for cheese/pepperoni but not too long. Fun for the kids to choose and pick what they liked. Bit pricey but it was a sunday. Better to go in the week not weekends. Tables need to be spread out more, too tight and need to cater for different people sizes.

Always great experiences / food at Pizza Hut, BUT, I don't use the app in the restaurant to order because I haven't worked out if there is a way to order a pizza without an ingredient, i.e. no olives. However, the lady who took our order and told us of the drinks offers in place was very good indeed, counting to an all round great experience and a magnificent feast.

As a dad with a kid with extra medical needs on this visit...The greeter at the door was attentive and listened to our needs, relayed that information perfectly to the greeter upstairs, who relayed the information to the server.Angelina was our server, she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a great one, the food was fast and delicious, the drinks were great (although I'd prefer to have the full sugar refillable, I'd pay more for it as with McD, but not the extortion of the glass bottles!) the desserts were great too.Pizzahut generally is very overpriced these days, wish they would address that, I'd frequent them more if they would, but that's not a slight on this store... more a general observation.

Little overpriced for the money but giving 5* overall because of the staff member, gentleman with long hair, worked there on Thursday evening upstairs, only gent up there with 2 females. Was friendly, welcoming, brilliant 5/5*. He either was new or loves working there. But seriously. Thanks! Myself and my daughter enjoyed the food, quick service and friendliness. Daughter said the spaghetti bol was nearly better than mine, otherwise I was taking off a *.Thanks.

Food was OK, nothing above and beyond.Service was good, although slow as it took near enough 25 minutes for cookie dough.Atmosphere was as good as it could be, but overall the space is limited

Ate here tonight and although the food was ok, it was not a great experience. We were seated at table 1 by the entrance door. The restaurant was busy and people were queuing for tables. Our issue was that they were queuing through the open entrance door and we were freezing at our table. I did try asking the queuing people if they could close the door but my request was met with abuse. I then spoke to the greeter (who may have been the manager?), but this made little difference. We ended up having to eat our meals with our coats on!!After a while another employee was going round asking people if if their food was ok. We complained again to her and she spoke to the manager and then returned to offer us a free hot dessert or coffee. Because we were so cold we accepted coffee, which did warm us up a bit but we didn’t finish our food and left soon after.As I said at the start, the food was ok, our issue was with being seated right in front of the entrance door, in December in the middle of a cold snowy snap. Incidentally, the people at the table behind us were so cold they actually asked to be moved (mid meal) to another table upstairs so we were definitely not exaggerating. We would not recommend sitting at table 1 (or presumably table 2) if you decide to eat at this restaurant in winter. We will definitely not be back, and it will probably be a long time before we eat in ANY Pizza Hut after this disappointing experience. Really spoiled our evening.

Service was good but they were really busy and it seemed a bit hectic. Not to criticise the staff, they were doing their best. Food was great though so I'd definitely recommend a visit.
