Refused to honour warrantee on a Otterbox screen protector (7 year warrintee) purchased 1 week earlier. tried to have me kicked out of the shopping centre for asking for the manager.had to complain to Head Office.worst customer.er service ever.

Not enough staff to deal with the customers. Typical of most phone shops but 12minutes for a top up voucher is pretty extreme

That gave me this 4G hub. Plug and play internet supposedly... Took it home. After an hour of trying to log onto the actual hub to activate the bastidn thing. We finally got it going....with data roaming on of course because the stupid thing thought we were in the south of Ireland..so extra charges apply apparently for unlimited internet. Then when we did the speed test not even 1mbps.... we got a whopping 0.53mbps.....well be in three store tomorrow for our contract to be cancelled thank you for wasting our time..BT it is

Ordered from three, not only is the order late by two weeks. I was given sass by the some of staff helpers when contacted them online and given false information about the whereabouts of my order. I was told it would arrive last week and hasn't. The tracking number was provided but there's an apparent problem where i can't track the order. No information has been given to me about the whereabouts of the order either. Don't recommend ordering phones from here.

Absolutely fantastic customer service in Three Newry store with Ryan Hughes. We opened two contracts with three and Ryan had lots of patience and knowledge about what was best for us. Very happy with our experience

I would like to commend your staff member Darryl in buttercrane newry for sorting out my phone after trying to get other members of staff in another three store to do so with out any luck. He is amazing

Just want to say a massive thank you to the guys working in Three Newry store. They provided excellent customer service and were courteous and helpful, they transferred some valuable and precious memories on my old phone to a new one, which we will treasure. Highly recommend. Elaine

Great staff with fantastic knowledge of all the products! Darryl great assistant manager, Connor is a great Staff member and Michael is fantastic loves his iPhones (terrible choice) 10/10 highly recommended!
