Great company to work for always go above and beyond to get me shifts. Often and not i deal with isobelle or Olivia And daily messages offering plenty of shifts. Absolutely love working for fairway and have learnt so much in 9 months working with tge team, Highly recommend to work for this company exspecially if yoyr a first time carer.

I started with fairway last November and even though they say they are an agency they really not! They have been able to offer me work all the time and even ask if I want to pick up extra shifts if they are short of staff. Starting from working In care homes and then to domiciliary care and fingers crossed soon to work as a support worker they are amazing. And I can’t thank jade enough who rings to ask how I am and also to help me with work. If your looking for work fairway is the one, the month worth of training is well worth it to then get jobs where ever you want. A big thank you fairway again you have made more doors open for me for work in the future.

I thoroughly enjoy working at Fairway, they are a company that truly care about their staff, customers and the quality of their service. Management are supportive and constantly encourage professional development, with ongoing training and qualifications free of charge across the board. Culture is fantastic, fair and motivating. Incentives are excellent, including a 4 day working week. I feel that Fairway value me and my work-life balance.

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Isobelle who has been a tremendous support since I started with fairway. From ringing to see how I was enjoying my new role to making sure I have enough work and making sure I got the additional training I was asking for to further my career. The trading provided by Fairway is amazing especially if your new to care like myself. The support you get is unbelievable and everyone in the company is a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly for me, is they are happy to help you succeed.

I thought it was not real when I received a call from fairway to put me a training for a month and guaranteed job after interview. It was really exciting moment for me, I started the course as I have been promised after about a week. It was a great training which I learnt about Health and Social Care and as the same time enjoyable to meet different people every morning discuss and share lots of experiences and information together. With our tutor Dianne and support of fairway staffs I managed to complete my course work on time. As soon as I have finished the course Ede and Tony contacted me to ask me if I am interested to start the job which was a massive step for me, they are amazing individuals to know they can boost your confidence and help you in every area. I don’t even have a word to thank both of them they are incredible, all fairway family are supportive and helpful all of us to achieve our ultimate goal. I already offered a job which I am looking forward to start , I encourage anyone who have been out of education or a job for long time to start this training with fairway and change your life.

Fairway provided me with an excellent foundation of training as I entered the care sector.The office are proactive, offering shifts regularly to meet my needs & scheduling training to improve my skills or keep them up to date. From the initial training course with Gemma, to my interview with James, to Isobelle's always cheerful & positive support I have felt welcome & respected as part of the fairway team. (apologies to the newer faces, though I'm sure you meet the excellent standards I've come to expect)You will be challenged, you will be intimidated & you will have hard days... but the work is fulfilling & the rewards well worth the effort. I can't recommend Fairway highly enough as an employer, or as an effective provider of well trained care staff.Though I may be taking a permanent position elsewhere, my respect for the company & my thanks for the opportunities they have given me will remain.Edit, as I noticed some review bombs:Your attitude, effort & willingness to work flexibly *will* effect your scheduling.During my training it was stressed often that as an agency worker I would need to build my personal brand & that the first few weeks might be tough.Work through it, talk to the office with any concerns you have & don't be afraid to talk to management/seniors in homes you are sent to in order to secure shifts on your own.As with so much in life, you get out of it as much as you put in.

I began my journey with Fairway after doing a course with Embark learning. I am so thankful that I did the course because it has opened many doors of opportunity for me.After four weeks I got a job with Fairway. My experience with Fairway has been absolutely fantastic. The staff are amazing, very helpful and supportive.The homes that I have been sent to are absolutely brilliant. The staff members in each of the homes have been so helpful and very supportive. I have gained a lot of experience and confidence from each of the homes. That is one good thing about going to different homes. Shifts are always available.I am really enjoying the work, so much that I can't wait for the next shift. I love interacting with the residents. Each home has been a blessing.I would highly recommend fairway to anyone who is looking for work in care. Trust me you will love it.Special thanks to Isobelle, James, Matt and Alice. I began my employment with Fairway Homecare in May 2020, after completing a course with their sister company Embark Learning.Fairway Homecare and Embark Learning, couldn't have been more accommodating to meet the needs of myself, and the other people I began the course with. They prepare you to manage all possible scenarios in a care setting to a high standard.A huge thank you to Kelly at Embark Learning and Jenny Ball.Fairway Homecare have sent me to many places of work, giving me a broader perspective of elderly residential homes and nursing care homes, as well as various support work placements in the community. Fairway have been so considerate of what suits my strengths. A huge thank you to Isobelle who always calls with a smile and a twinkle, she is so generous with her words of praise and kindness, ever building your confidence. Jade is a force of nature, consistently trying to match your skill set to the correct placement. James is always there with a friendly word for you. Alice is a wonderful thoughtful manager, who is very approachable, and irons out any discrepancies as quickly as possible. Fairway Homecare give you the opportunity to expand your skills, and move at your pace in training and in employment.I genuinely cannot thank Fairway Homecare and Embark Learning enough, for the opportunities they have provided for me. .

Just like to say a big thank you to Fairway for the help and support in my training and my job. I was made redundant after 18 years last July. When I apply to fairway it was simple and easy. All the staff and the trainers give me all the support I needed. I now have a job and all the staff at the office are brilliant ( Isobelle and James amazing support ) The shifts are sorted with enough time for me to plan my work, family and college. All the houses have especial care and I always treat with respect. Bring on the next journey.
