Toilet repair - refill was overflowing. Jordan made a temporary repair whilst obtaining the required parts for a full repair. I was kept informed of progress & once the replacement part was available it was fitted promptly.

Jordan did a fantastic job regarding an issue with a leaking stopcock. The problem wasn’t easy to fix at all due to the parts needed but was able to return and replace it to full working order. The guys were friendly and professional, making sure the area was clean and tidy before leaving. Most of all, Jordan didn’t give up in finding a solution for which I’m very grateful.
