Wouldn't go to another hairdressers! Sarah is amazing at what she does, never fails to amaze me when doing my hair. All the staff are lovely & friendly!

First time at Head Quartez all staff made me feel welcome. Very happy with my new haircut, advice was given for styling at home. Will be returning.

Expensive 95 pound for a perm .. cheaper in glasgow city

I’ve had an appointment booked for today- quite a while ago - and I’ve arranged everything -including childcare on the Saturday- around it .When I’ve arrived at the salon, I’ve been told the appointment got cancelled because the hair stylist got sick.I understand this things could happen, but I don’t understand and accept any excuse for not being contacted and informed in prior . ( Before you’d say you don’t have my contact details , you do have . During my first visit I had to fill in a form and provided all my contact details …also you could of writing down the number at the time of the booking just as other salon does)This was an extremely stressful experience.I don’t understand how is that possible to have only one person working in a big salon like yours- because I assume nobody else works there if no cover has been arranged - and why some people have been taken , some haven’t on their appointment.I was trying to find another salon in the last minute, but of course it was quite impossible without making a booking in advance , at noon time on Saturday!Disorganised management, no solution has been offered , only was told “I’m sorry “ well you can be, because you just lost a client for sure !I’ve had great experience before , but definitely won’t be visiting or booking here anymore.

Cancelled the appointment on arrival. Unpleasant and unprofessional service, manager did not bother to offer new appointment or compensation for the hassle it has caused
