This company is throughly incompetent, over 5 weeks for a decision on a bridging loan, wasted so much time that the chain fell through. They do not return phone calls and are extremely unhelpful.......avoid!!!

Great customer service, a considerate and understanding team. As a result of matters out of my hands, I was provided with an extension in order to complete on a remortgage. The team were understanding of my predicament and offered me alternate solutions to resolve the issues I was facing with other lenders.

Excellent Service. I just phoned Castle Trust to transfer the funds from my current account to a new one. I spoke to Lily who was brilliant, very helpful and professional whilst being friendly too.

Been using Castle Trust over 5 years. I was cautious at first because they weren't a bank. Recently they have obtained that status plus they are registered with the FSA/FCA (whatever they are calling themselves today). By and large the customer service has been good.

I have just opened an account with Castle Trust Bank and had some trouble setting up my online access (all my own fault).The support I received from both their telephone helpline and the online messaging was second to none - very impressed!

One star is to much ,appalling customer service they do not answer there secure messages they do not reply to emails and forget about phoning unless you have hours to spare. Do not waste your time, bank somewhere else.

Tried to set up an account online but gave up after 2 attempts- after 20 minutes of data entry , the first time validation failed , second time at the final stage the page did not load. Lost faith in depositing money here as their system is so shoddy!
