The staff at Premier Hydroponics know their stuff and are happy to give you a wide range of advice on all kinds of indoor growing. They are well stocked with everything from small window sill setups to tents to commercial watering rigs and all the nutrients and medium you could need. They've got options from the basics through to commercial on all their equipment.After sales support for me has been more focused on answering all those little questions first time growers have; is this algae a problem, how can I stop mould, what plants are good for winter organic growing? They've always had advice and ideas for me. Can recommend them highly enough.

Surprisingly big shop with lots of gear, staff very friendly and knowledgeable if you have questions.

Very informative and well educated owner/manager, albeit with some very full on sales patter. Younger lad in the grow room was very friendly and also very knowledgeable. I had some issues with my setup, having to make do with the best I have and the chap took a good 40 minutes going through the various options I had and what I could go for. Store is well stocked, only marginally more expensive than shopping online for the products I walked out with (RKV L1 fan, speed controller and 5m ducting for £101 odds). Good to know this place is on the map!

Terrible customer service, was sworn at down the phone for chasing up an online order. Shame cause i have been shopping here for years
