The manager attertube stinks after returning a faulty item he tried to refused to refund the money. The item was less then 2 weeks old after he made him self look a right clown the money was refunded I won't be spending a penny with these again. WGM please thank your managers attitude for this apart from that great choice

Very helpful staff. I brought a Honda bush cutter/strimmer from there. They set it up for me and got it running. They also have a shop at Liss Garden centre Hilliers, who directed me to Winchester as they didn't have the one I wanted.

I have to say although I have lived near this place for years this was my first time here, I wasn't expecting such a large place with more garden equipment in one spot, they cover for the casual gardener to the professional gardener I don't have any photos as I didn't stay long but the service I got was professional and friendly, I will certainly use this place again.

Very disappointing. Bought a problem Honda strimmer online. Ended up doing more work myself than customer service has to fix it.edit in reply: Spare parts are the absolute minimum needed to repair something - you hardly did me a favour! I agreed to fix the broken strimmer after agreeing (in writing) that I'd be compensated for doing so!!

Cracking service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and competitive prices.I needed a new chainsaw, the staff were happy to chat about what I needed and kitted me out with a fantastic saw and did a deal on the safety equipment too.I’m in the middle of a massive DIY garden renovation and it’s been really tough finding a friendly and welcoming garden machinery retailer, Winchester Garden Machinery have been a standout business in this project.I heartily recommend them, and will continue to use them for my equipment needs.

I bought my first chainsaw and the chain fell off. I phoned for help and Martin talked me through exactly what to do as I repaired it as he spoke. This man could work for the emergency services!Utterly outstanding service from a great company. I also entrusted them with helping me to choose equipment to start up my new gardening business. It has all proved to be sound, professional advice. Recommended.
